The event was designed to bring together thought leaders and professionals in the artificial intelligence space. The evening featured a thought-provoking fireside chat titled “What’s Next in AI?” with Ronjon Nag (Stanford Professor, Investor, and Founder of R42), David Hefter (Director at BlackRock), and Josh Constine (Venture Partner at SignalFire and former Editor-at-Large at TechCrunch). Moderated by Constine, the discussion delved into the impacts of AI, agentic systems, and real-world application readiness.
“We’re seeing AI unlock new behaviors in consumers, builders, and businesses,” said Josh Constine. “The real breakthroughs may come from those who balance trust, intuition, and technology—rather than those who follow the latest trends.”
“A lot of industries are being transformed by AI, but the true moonshot could come from using AI to decode aging and disease,” added Ronjon Nag from R42.
Another highlight of the evening was an AI-powered piano performance by co-host AyseDeniz Gokcin, a globally acclaimed pianist and composer who integrates classical music with machine learning. Her live piece combined emotional depth, narrative structure, and real-time AI interaction, offering a unique example of how creativity and computation can come together.

The event also featured the AI Lightning Pitch Showcase, moderated by Delia Lazarescu, aka TechUnicorn. Five startups took the stage: Zania AI, Peaka, BitHuman, Bub AI, and TheAgentic, showcasing their innovations in the AI space.
