Peter Barron, the founder of Starcore Fit, has always been driven by his passion for the fitness industry. Born and raised in the town of Shannon in Co. Clare, Ireland, Peter found himself working in a medical company that did not align with his true passion. In 2010, he co-founded UYP Lifestyle, a company aimed at helping people reach their full potential in fitness, nutrition, and mind. This experience set the foundation for Peter’s drive to reach as many people as possible through the power of the internet.
Peter’s love for Dubai led him to take a leap of faith and move to the city in 2015. He quickly established himself as a force to be reckoned with in the fitness industry, working with top celebrities and being featured on the covers of magazines like Men’s Health Middle East, Esquire, and GQ. In 2016, Peter was given the opportunity to work with Adidas as a coach for their Adidas Runners initiative in Dubai, helping to grow the community to over 2000 members in just one year.
Peter’s vision for Starcore Fit is to provide affordable and personalized training and meal plans for people all over the world. He wants to help people prioritize their health and make lasting changes to their mindset, health, and fitness. “The name STARCORE can relate to every person. Here, you can become the very best version of yourself, or as cheesy as it may sound, become your own star,” he said. “You can do this by taking control, by physically building a strong core, by getting the body you have always wanted, but also working from the inside on your mind. Creating more healthy habits and a positive attitude towards your training, food and lifestyle is the key to longevity and maintaining results,” he added.
Peter’s life experiences, both successes and failures, have driven him to never give up on his goal of helping people improve their lives through fitness. He is determined to make Starcore Fit a huge success and help change the lives of thousands of people around the world.
“I would like people to feel motivated to become the best version of themselves. When I create content or speak, I always want to leave a positive impact on the people watching or listening to encourage them to pursue any goals that they have and never to give up on a dream,” he shared.
Over the next five years, Peter envisions himself producing even more content and connecting with a wider audience through his business. His aim is to have more than 10,000 monthly subscribers, all of whom are striving to be their best selves. Peter’s unique quality of having the drive to assist others, combined with his passion, sets him apart and will continue to be the driving force behind his future success.
