Since their early GTM, Vently has become a household name across the city, and one of the most anticipated consumer releases in San Francisco. It seems everywhere you go, every VC, founder, or community organizer is talking about Vently, but why? San Francisco is a city where innovation thrives, but building meaningful connections in its fast-paced environment often remains a challenge. Enter Vently, an operating system for communities, founded by Nicolas Khonaysser. Designed to revolutionize how communities manage memberships, audiences, and events, Vently simplifies engagement while enhancing social interactions. With features like real-time event discovery, social mapping, and AI-powered tools for well-being, Vently is redefining how people connect and collaborate.

An Operating System for Communities

At its core, Vently isn’t just another event-planning platform—it’s an all-in-one solution for community management. From tracking memberships to engaging audiences, Vently empowers communities to operate efficiently and with purpose. Users can organize events, follow friends, discover local happenings, and interact through a social map. By providing a seamless interface for event creation and management, Vently enables users to focus on building connections rather than getting bogged down in logistics.

For event hosts, Vently offers robust tools to maximize attendance and streamline planning. Whether managing a neighborhood meetup or a large-scale conference, Vently’s features ensure the right audience is reached at the right time, making the event planning process not only effortless but impactful.

Technology and Vision Driving Growth

Vently’s technology is at the heart of its success. Co-founder and CTO Brian Hamachek, a tech visionary from Palo Alto, previously scaled the viral social app “Nearby” to 13 million users worldwide. Alongside him is founding engineer Moehamad Chehab, who has been instrumental in building Vently’s robust operating system from day one. Together, this powerhouse team has created a platform that addresses the nuanced needs of community management.

The platform’s features include:

Tailored solution for community organizers, businesses and event hosts. An almost white labeled product that puts what matters for organizers first – their brand, their community.

Social Mapping: A dynamic tool that lets users visually engage with their community and events around them.

Community Management Tools: Built-in capabilities to manage memberships, communications, and audience engagement.

These features position Vently as an indispensable tool for community leaders, event organizers, and attendees alike, making it the go-to operating system for managing communities in today’s interconnected world.

San Francisco Virality.

How is this Pre-Seed startup turning so many heads, so fast? The answer lies in their GTM strategy. By deeply understanding the needs of the city’s large social communities, venues, and clubs, Vently partnered for events even before launching their own platform, driving virality, users, and discovery early on. This approach is led by Gargi Kand, Vently’s Head of Growth. “Community building has always been my driving force in growing Vently,” she shares. With a background leading events for Women Founders Bay, GITPRO, and founding a non-profit, in-person events have been at the forefront of her growth strategy.

“I’ve embraced the unscalable—hosting intimate dinners for strangers—while also throwing large-scale events like 2,000-person raves at Hibernia Bank and launch parties at Tesla,” Gargi explains. Along the way, Vently has grown its Instagram following to over 10,000, built a waitlist of 40,000, and is preparing for an official launch next year. This dual approach of intimate community-building and high-visibility events has been instrumental in establishing Vently as a trusted name in San Francisco’s social and event ecosystem.

A Vision Backed by Leadership and Innovation.

Founder Nicolas Khonaysser’s expertise in startups and community building has been critical to Vently’s growth. His ability to identify market needs and craft solutions that resonate with users has positioned the company as a leader in San Francisco’s event ecosystem. Under his guidance, Vently is expanding its reach, starting with San Francisco and Los Angeles, and then across the nation.

A Milestone Event: The VC Super Party.

On January 31st, Vently will host its VC Super Party, bringing together the biggest venture capitalists and founders in San Francisco. This marquee event underscores Vently’s commitment to fostering connections at the highest levels while showcasing the platform’s capabilities. It’s a celebration of innovation, community, and the power of meaningful interactions.

Connecting Communities, One Event at a Time.

Vently is more than an app; it’s a transformative platform reshaping how communities operate and thrive. By combining cutting-edge technology with a focus on human connection, Vently ensures every gathering is not only seamless but also impactful. With a dedicated leadership team and a vision for the future, Vently is poised to redefine community management and event planning for years to come.
