How Entrepreneur Mikhail Gribov Is Steadily Building His Digital Empire by Leveraging His Social Media Presence

Social media has undoubtedly become prominent over the years, and it continues to exhibit its growth as time goes by. The swift and enormous acceptance of numerous media platforms is altering how people perceive things. While there is a detrimental side to it, it is hard to deny its many favorable aspects, like its potential to encourage discovery, its capabilities to mold today’s generation into becoming self-reliant and resilient, or how they significantly contribute to today’s youth by helping them develop vital real-world skills. Suffice to say, social media emerges as a great tool that can put forward plenty of benefits once employed correctly.

For Mikhail Gribov, he has utilized the features of multiple social media platforms to raise awareness of his brand and propagate his cause. Born and raised in Moscow, Russia, Mikhail attained a bachelor’s degree and worked as an HR manager for around four years, later realizing that he wanted something more out of his life than just his current nine-to-five job. Eventually, he decided to go into various micro-businesses to initiate his journey but ultimately settled into the idea of using the advantages of social media to further his newfound vocation.

Mikhail, later on, established an Instagram account that focused solely on marketing, digital media, and networking, an idea that worked, much to his surprise. By utilizing how Instagram worked, he continued to post even more content on the platform, resulting in him amassing over 200,000 followers in just two years. His undeniable success in the online space further fueled his passion, leading him to establish an online university that helped aspiring creatives learn new skills and make a profit online.

As his profession advanced, Mikhail took the opportunity to invite numerous digital experts that he knew would help him in his journey in advancing his online university—web designers, analysts, influencers, and so much more. Together with these experts, he launched diverse courses in the university and aided numerous Russian youths by teaching them how to provide the best services in demanding business ventures.

Mikhail garnered over 10,000 students in 2020 alone, allowing him to reach a peak of $1 million in revenue. The Russian entrepreneur was finally ready to branch out internationally through his hard work and determination.

In February 2020, Mikhail decided to expand his activities by launching a new Instagram and TikTok account that focused on helpful content in English. Unfortunately, Mikhail’s first two months were unproductive, tackling the same topic on social media growth. Still, he acknowledged the problem and ended up discontinuing his Russian Instagram account to focus on his English accounts.

Through his determination and resilience, he was able to gain over 700,000 followers on his recent Instagram, while his TikTok was able to amass around 800,000 followers. It did not take long for Mikhail to establish a six-figure online business by helping others grow their social media accounts and businesses in the digital space, helping more than 2,000 people with their aspirations.

“I remember that tough period in my life where nothing motivated me. I realized later on that I did not want to work for someone other than myself,” Mikhail shares. “It came to a point where I had to be assertive and take control of my life.”

Mikhail’s goal for 2022 is to launch a digital service or product that will benefit anyone. The entrepreneur is currently working on an app that will provide creators informative videos on every niche to help them come up with the best content ideas for their specific platforms.
