Where does the comfort of home come from? There isn’t a single answer to that question. It’s the little things, like your favorite cup in its dedicated place or the smell of dinner when you come back from work. But most importantly, it’s the people. The people who surround you and the people you hire to make your house the perfect place to live. Builders and HVAC contractors, for example, if they love their job, they will do their best to make you love your house too. Motivating employees in such a demanding and difficult trade is crucial for HVAC companies. This is the story of Fuse Service – a company that values its employees as much as its profits.

Founded in 2017, Fuse Service Inc. provides HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing services to Bay Area residents. FUSE takes pride in delivering top-notch assistance to anyone looking to upgrade their home, ensuring that their clients are comfortable and happy. To provide this level of customer service, Fuse technicians have to be motivated to go the extra mile. The company’s founder, Ruslan Khusniyarov, is well aware of how to inspire his employees.

The original idea behind FUSE was not just to provide customers with excellent service, which, of course, was the priority. Another important aspect for Khusniyarov was creating a company that technicians would be happy to work for. As a founder, he wanted to ensure that every single employee could afford a good quality of life and was content with their salary. That’s why Ruslan worked hard to achieve his dream.

“Our success is not just about making money; it’s about making our team happy and fulfilled. At FUSE, we believe in creating a work environment where our employees can genuinely enjoy their work. Our goal is to make every FUSE member say proudly who they work for.” – Ruslan Khusniyarov, CFO of Fuse Service Inc.

In the early days of the company, Khusniyarov did everything by himself. He took customers’ calls in the morning, went to houses in the afternoon, and promoted his business in the evening. Gradually, the company expanded. Ruslan met his partner, Stanislav Pakarin, and together they worked towards becoming the best Bay Area contractor for both customers and employees. They obtained state licenses for FUSE in HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and electrical works, enabling them to provide clients with high-end and well-paid projects.

Business was booming. More customers meant more projects, and more projects meant more technicians. While hiring new staff, Ruslan constantly shared his experience with them. That’s when he got the idea to develop a franchise network for FUSE. The demand was high, and franchise offices started appearing across the United States. The main office in San Jose guided and taught them all the trade secrets while promoting the idea of a healthy workplace for technicians. At Fuse Service, the key to success lies in the happiness of each and every team member.

As the years pass, the company continues to grow and succeed. They perform hundreds of installations and repairs each month, gaining recognition from homeowners, the media, and manufacturers. Most importantly, all of Fuse Service’s employees love what they do and thrive in the environment created by Ruslan and Stanislav. It’s not just about the well-being of the directors; every person in the company is equally important.
