The Beauty Business Forum 2025, held in San Francisco on the first weekend of November, brought together dozens of entrepreneurs, educators, and innovators from around the world. One of the most anticipated professional events of the year, it became a space for growth, collaboration, and transformation.
Over the course of two days, forum participants discussed the key trends shaping today’s beauty industry — from digital marketing and AI tools to brand development, education, and sustainable business models. The event reaffirmed its mission to unite and empower the global community of beauty professionals.
Beauty Business Forum 2025 became the third annual event in the series founded by Iuliia Andreeva. The previous forums were successfully held in Sacramento, California, bringing together educators, salon owners, and brand founders from across the U.S. and Europe. This consistent growth confirms the forum’s reputation as a recognized industry event contributing to the development of the beauty education ecosystem in the United States.
The organizer and producer of the event was Iuliia Andreeva, founder of Andreeva Consulting and a recognized expert in consulting for the beauty industry. According to Andreeva, the primary goal of the forum is to establish a professional platform where beauty experts can acquire practical tools for business growth, share their experiences, and establish valuable professional connections.
As the founder and executive producer, Iuliia Andreeva curated the program concept, selected speakers, and established partnerships with leading brands. Her vision of combining business education, innovation, and networking transformed the forum into a landmark event for the beauty community in the U.S.
