Charles Edward Anderson Berry was born on October 18, 1926, in St. Louis, Missouri, USA, as the youngest son of Henry William Berry, a contractor and Baptist church deacon, and Martha Bell, a qualified public school principal

He was interested in music from a young age and gave his first live performance in 1941 while still a student at Sumner High School, but the life of crime got the best of him and he was arrested in 1944 for an armed robbery as he broke into three shops in Kansas City, Missouri, and also began an auto theft with some of his friends.

He was transferred to Algoa’s Intermediate Reformatory for Young Men, where he spent three years and created a singing quartet. When he was released in 1947, he worked a variety of occupations to support himself and his newly formed family, but he kept his musical goals alive.

As a source of additional revenue, he performed with numerous local bands in St. Louis bars and got guitar lessons from his buddy Ira Harris, which was the beginning of his identifiable style.

During his career, Berry released 20 studio albums, including “Rockin’ at the Hops” (1960), then “Two Great Guitars” a duo with Bo Diddley, released in 1964, “Back Home” (1970), “Rock It” (1970), and “Chuck” (2017), which featured his children, Ingrid, and Chuck Jr.

He released over 30 compilation albums, such as “The Best of Chuck Berry” (1996), “Anthology” in 2000, and “Rock ‘n’ Roll Music – Any Old Way You Choose It- The Complete Studio Recordings… Plus!” (2014), among others. His hit singles topped the rock and R&B charts numerous times, such as “My Ding-a-Ling”, which is the only single since his first hits from the late ‘50s to top the charts.

He faced a number of legal problems throughout his life, but Themetta remained by his side until his death.

He was sued by several women in 1990. All claiming that he had a video camera in the bathroom of his restaurant. After a court hearing, he opted for a class action settlement, and according to Bruce Pegg. Who was one of the people who worked on Berry’s autobiography, claimed that 59 women filed charges against him. Which would come to more than $1.2 million, additional to legal fees.

Chuck was found unresponsive at his house near Wentzville, Missouri, on 18 March 2017.

The ambulance rushed to the scene but the emergency workers couldn’t revive him. He was pronounced dead by his personal physician.

His funeral was held on 9 April 2017 at The Pageant, in Berry’s hometown of St. Louis; he was interred in a mausoleum in Bellerive Gardens Cemetery in St. Louis.

RoyalEyez, who wishes to be known as Royal in the music world, is making a great pivot, and he has announced his first musical appearance with Pop Country music superstar Monte Millions. They are set to release their single, “Promise,” this fall.

Royal’s foray into music is borne out of a strong desire to prove himself and show the world that he can be more than they see him as. By going all out to do more, he hopes to inspire everyone to become whatever they dream of and imagine they can be. “I want people to know that I’m more than just a photographer. I’m a talented rapper and can hold my own on the microphone,” Royal said.

While Royal has done a lot behind the cameras as a photographer and videographer, he strongly believes that now is the time to step into the spotlight and share what he has with the world. “I feel I have something to say that will inspire others. I want everyone who comes across my name or music to know that they are not limited to stay at one place that if they dare to dream they can accomplish anything,” he said.

He hopes to leverage his successes and fame in the photography world to launch a music career and take off on a high note. Carlos Santana: Guitarist collapses while performing

During a performance in Michigan, Carlos Santana experienced heat exhaustion.

During his performance in Michigan on Tuesday night, renowned artist Carlos Santana experienced a medical emergency, according to his management group.

A statement from Santana’s management team was published on his official Facebook page, claiming that the musician was worn out by “heat exhaustion and dehydration.”

While he was performing at an outdoor amphitheater called Pine Knob Music Theatre about 40 miles outside of Detroit, in Clarkston.

According to CNN meteorologist Robert Shackelford, temperatures in Clarkston on Tuesday rose as high as 90 degrees, almost 10 degrees above normal.

The 74-year-old musician can be seen sitting in a corner of the stage and putting down his guitar in videos taken by admirers.

The stage crew held up a black cloth to obscure the view of the stage as medical staff ministered to Santana. A video shows the performer being booed by supporters as he is taken off the stage. According to Zee, the performer waved to the audience as he was led off stage.

Following the incident, Santana also shared a brief statement on Facebook in which he expressed gratitude to his followers for their “sweet prayers.”

He noted, “I forgot to eat and drink water, which caused me to become dehydrated and pass out.

The concert has been postponed, according to the announcement. The musician was scheduled to perform with Earth, Wind, and Fire on Wednesday night in Pennsylvania.

A journey of elevating female empowerment in oneself as influenced by “BOSS bitches” in everyday culture.

San Francisco, CA – When women empowerment has become a mainstream topic, Tanya Herrera is showcasing the power of womanhood through art using her “BOSS BITCH” Art Exhibition. The Pyrography & Heat Artist Tanya Herrera will be featured in a special solo exhibition at Evolved SF Art Gallery in the historic Mission District. It is a FREE gallery event slated to hold on June 4th from 6 pm to 9 pm PST and will open with a reception. Music at the event will be provided by Mr. Lucky of Sazon Libre.

Tanya, a woman of color and Native of the Bay Area, will use the event to showcase her unique art technique known as “fire stenciling.” The technique that uses chemical combustion to burn images onto raw wood has been in development since 2008. Now, Tanya Herrera feels the time is ripe for sharing that technique in her upcoming exhibit, coinciding with the political climate in women’s rights today.

Tanya Herrera’s theme, “Boss Bitch” is a pop-culture term used to describe a confident, successful, independent person who identifies as a female and is always ready to stand up for what they believe in. Each burned portrait represents the various impacts that Tanya has felt personally and in a world filled with patriarchal ideologies.

Describing the theme behind the exhibition, “Boss bitches build successful careers and are a positive influence on the world even despite facing adversity of many kinds,” Herrera said. “Marginalization, socio-economic barriers, healthcare access, and issues peculiar to the LBGTQ+ and BIPOC communities all impact women and the levels of success they achieve,”

With this upcoming exhibit, the artworks will be addressing and answering pertinent questions like “Which BOSS bitches have empowered you and what is your personal favorite BOSS bitch moment?”

Recently, Tanya Herrera was the subject of a short documentary featured – In their own words – a YouTube series showcasing her work as a pyrography and heat artist making waves in the art world.

About the Artist

Tanya Herrera’s fascination with art began as a young child growing up in the Bay Area. She drew early inspiration and influence from the arts and crafts in her family house, museums, theaters and symphonies in San Francisco. From her middle school education to college, she experimented with traditional mediums and was always looking for the next thing to try out or create.

Herrera delved into pyrography and heat in 2008 in a bid to make an impression of a stencil on wood. Over the last 14 years, she has explored numerous forms of pyrography and heat art. With the experience gained, she is set to create an entire show with the “Fire Stencil” medium. Her other mediums she is known for are pyrography, heat molding vinyl records and the use of metal leaf which came into her life after the idea of “Fire Stenciling”.
