California-based researcher Dr. Satpreet Singh is building an interdisciplinary body of scholarship that examines leadership, artificial intelligence, sustainability, organizational culture, and the ways institutions respond to technological change.

As artificial intelligence, sustainability pressures, and rapidly changing technologies reshape organizations, some of the most consequential research questions no longer fit neatly within a single academic discipline. Understanding how organizations respond to these forces requires attention not only to technology, but also to leadership behavior, ethics, culture, decision-making, and human systems.

That intersection has become a central area of inquiry for Dr. Satpreet Singh, a California-based business and leadership scholar, researcher, author, and academic editor.

Singh holds a PhD in Business Administration with a specialization in Organizational Leadership from National University in California. His academic background also includes a Master of Computer Applications and a Bachelor of Science from Guru Nanak Dev University in India. The combination places technology and organizational leadership within the same professional and research trajectory.
