Have you ever heard a story so absorbing that it leaves you breathless? Well, get ready to be mesmerized by the unbelievable tale of Bishup Wealth, a man who defied all odds and emerged victorious against life’s darkest Trials. In a recent interview with him, I had the privilege of getting to know the ins and outs of his incredible life adventure. From the mean streets of Queens, New York, to the corridors of power as a motivational speaker and author, Bishup’s story is one of bounce-back ability, rebirth, and unshakeable conviction.
Bishup’s journey began in Queens, New York, where he spent his early years before relocating to Fort Wayne, Indiana. However, tragedy struck at the tender age of 18 when a fateful encounter left him blind in 1991. Thinking back on this crucial moment, Bishup recalls, “I got shot to the head in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with a 12-gauge pump shotgun that left me totally blind.” Despite this harrowing ordeal, he found comfort in his newfound faith, embracing Christianity on December 21, 1997. Determined to turn his life around, he founded the organization C.P.T. (Change People Today), formerly known as Cocaine Pushers Today. Through C.P.T., he aims to uplift and empower individuals worldwide, especially in Africa, where he has made a meaningful effect through his philanthropic efforts.
As an author, Bishup has penned three page-turners, each offering a raw and unfiltered glimpse into his life events. His debut book, T.h.u.g.g. Journey, touches a nerve with individuals getting through tough times of street life, offering hope and a fresh start. “It’s a very good enough story, very educational,” Bishup remarks, “I forgave him.” This act of forgiveness embodies his constant commitment to positivity and transformation.
In T.h.u.g.g. Journey: Raw and Uncut, Bishup ventures further into his spiritual awakening, confronting his struggles with addiction and personal demons. “It’s a very good story,” he affirms, “because then I go on a fast, pray to God, and he helped me get delivered from all of this stuff all over again.” His latest book, Become Credit Rich, stands as proof to his money management abilities and determination to overcome rough patches. “You can support your own stuff, you just build your credit,” he advises, “Now, I’ve raised $208,000 from the banks within three years. With a reach of millions through media outlets, he couldn’t wait to see the impact his stories would have on readers worldwide. Through his nonprofit organization, Change People Today, he has been dedicated to uplifting communities for over two decades, proving his devotion to making a difference. His current initiative, Rich Wealth Credit, aimed at financial empowerment, showcases his diverse approach to bring about favorable shift.
As we talked, his grit and solid faith shone brightly. Despite facing numerous setbacks and hardships, he emerged stronger and more driven than ever. “My number one mission is for people to change their lives and live good in society,” he declares passionately about his organization mission to be a love miracle for Ghana Africa as we neared the end of our talk, I couldn’t help but feel inspired by Bishup indomitable spirit and strong belief. His story is a ray of hope for anyone handling difficult situations, reminding us that with assurance, resolve, and a sprinkle of divine intervention, anything is possible.
